good transportfriendly stafffew restaurants
the location had good transport links (i loved this). i could walk to the brandenburg gate in about 15 minutes. the staff were friendly and helpful.
i also noticed there are not many bars or restaurants directly around the hotel.

the room felt quite small. i found that storage space for clothes was Limited. also, there was NO safety deposit box in the room, which i missed.
